ONE NZ Stadium Shout Your Row Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to legal residents and visitors of New Zealand who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sheffield Pies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Period
Entries will be accepted via QR code scan and successful email address submission at most major events taking place at ONE NZ Stadium, Christchurch. Competition period will be capped at a frequency maximum of one event per week. Competition period is at the sole discretion of Sheffield Pies. No correspondence shall be entered into.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must scan the official competition QR code located at ONE NZ Stadium through Point Of Sale and follow the prompts to enter their valid email address. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will be disqualified.
4. Prize
The prize consists of one single-serve pie (approximate retail value of $9.50) for the winner and each additional person seated within the same row, up to a maximum of ten (10) pies in total. The final number of pies awarded is subject to availability and may vary per event due to circumstances beyond the control of Sheffield Pies. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly by Sheffield Pies according to the seat number provided in the entry form. The winner will be notified in person at the attended event based on the seat number provided. It is the responsibility of the competition entrant to provide correct details and seat number during the email submission process. If the winner is not present to claim their prize at the event, it may be forfeited at the discretion of Sheffield Pies.
6. Rights Granted by You
By entering this competition, you understand and agree that Sheffield Pie shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, or statements about the campaign for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
7. Data Privacy
By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails periodically from Sheffield Pies. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.
8. General Terms
Sheffield Pies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should a virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sheffield Pie’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sheffield Pies and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the campaign and/or his/her/their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
10. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Campaign is Sheffield Pies.
11. Food allergies and dietary restrictions
The prize is awarded "as is." Sheffield Pies cannot guarantee that any prize is free from allergens (including but not limited to gluten, dairy, nuts, or meat products). It is the sole responsibility of the winner and row participants to check the product packaging for ingredient information or consult with Sheffield Pies staff regarding dietary requirements before consumption. No prize substitutions, cash alternatives, or dietary-specific variations will be provided.
